Intoduction

Engineers are constantly developing new technologies that can be applied in manufacturing new products. These developments allow us to improve communications, produce and use fuel more efficiently, advance computer technology and much more.

Many years of research and development has gone into many of the technologies that underpin the functions of our daily lives that we take for granted. Without these advances, we wouldn’t be able to use the internet, power our homes or drive our cars. We will look at a range of technological advancements that allow our modern lifestyles to exist.
