You should make sure policies are solid in having zero tolerance of sexual harassment, you must also make sure your workplace is safe. Provide instruction to employee to reduce risks of sexual harassment, deliver quality training to your team in order to identifying sexual harassment and encourage them to report it. Similarly provide complaint despite steps to solve sexual harassment
