Sexual harassment is annoying sexual behaviour that makes someone feel disappointed, afraid, upset or embarrassed. Employers must prevent sexual harassment and must take steps to make sure sexual harassment does not happen in the workplace.
In this course you will explore what sexual harassment is !. You will also learn the three conditions that constitute harassing behavior, and the four levels of sexual harassment.
